We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The room, service, beach, pool, bar and restaurants were fantastic, and looked like something out of a postcard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that we could get a moped directly from the hotel to explore the area. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer, everything was fantastic.

Hidden gem near Kuta Beach

Clean, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, large pool and an easy 40 minute walk to downtown Kuta. We had a lovely stay here with our 8 month old daughter.

We practically had the place to ourselves. The service was impeccable, they gave us a generous upgrade and they were extremely helpful in every way. You do need transportation to beach access.

Great, newer property in Lombok, close enough to the main tourist hotspots. There is a free evening shuttle that can take you into town... It would be much nicer if the pool and spa was open later. Would stay again

Good, but not great

Nice and pretty hotel, Big and spacious deluxe rooms with nice balcony. The Commons areas are nice, also the gym! But it smells like mold everywhere you go, and it feels humid in the halls and in the hotel room, even with AC on. The drain in the shower was partly clogged, leading to a lot of water flooding. Expensive transport (7 min drive to Kuta area will cost you 65 k rp with hotel transport, while a 2 hour drive with another car will cost you 500k rp). Other taxis are not allowed at the resort. No scooter rental co customers have to use hotel transport. Took 30 min to order Ala carte breakfast (a simple sunny side up on an avocado toast).

5 star resort in a remote part of west lombok. New, clean, modern room and amenities. Very friendly staff all around the resort, from the yoga instructor (Jean), walking guide (Taweng), guest relation officer (Matha) to all the servers and counter staff. Secured location offering great seaviews, super relaxing pool facilities, good spread of breakfast and wellness programs (yoga, Power walk, archery etc). Resort also provides complimentary shuttle to Kuta town (5mins drive) which is a plus point! Although we paid a slightly higher price compared to other hotels, it is definitely worth the money spent! Thanks for a great stay.

Good location and confortable

Good hotel facing the beach. I appreciated the support from the staff to change my room, please be aware that some executive rooms are lower ground and with 'vis-à-vis'. The management could improve the beach area. The seats and mattress are not well organized. All packed, not arranged from a day to an other. Looks like a mess, while it has the potential to be great. Not far from Kuta, shuttle service convenient

Lovely view

On arrival we were shown to our room which was clean and comfortable but a little tired in places. There had obviously been some water damage. The staff member forgot to show us where the tea/coffee facilities in the room were located so that was a bit inconvenient. Turns out to be in another room. When do you look in other rooms? The restaurants were good, if a bit warm for us, and the buffets were excellent. We had a small problem booking the transfer to the airport (I asked 3 times) but it wasn’t booked. Fortunately it’s not far (25mins) from the airport but that could have been a problem. The beach is lovely and the sea is shallow for a long distance so great for kids. Be aware that this is close to Mandalika racing circuit so there is a lot of engine noise when there is an event.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Terrible service and service recovery by management. Place is also badly maintained. It is supposed to be 2 years old and already pool tiles are pooping out! Ground staff try their best as they can but there is seriously something wrong with their leadership and management. Location is also away from everything and facilities are so lacking. The gym is tucked in the front of the hotel, was small, hot and stuffy. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Why would i when there are so many other hotels way better than this in terms of state of the hotel, facilities and service ! Even 2 star hotels provide better service and care than Pullman.

They go out of their way to make you happy and do anything possible to make your stay comfortable. However there is a major water issue throughout this resort. Cons: Although we booked through Expedia this was a more expensive hotel for Indonesia. It is listed as a 5 star. It is not. You can see the leaks in the hallways, ceilings, and smell the mold. They are working on the issues but it is huge. If you walk through the building you will see ceiling missing in places. We were here 5 days and day 3 a water leak started in our ceiling in our bathroom. The mold is in the shower and behind the sink. I did speak to the manager and he was gracious. Offered to change rooms but what was the point. It’s through out the building. He sent us beautiful desserts. This was honestly out of his control. The owner needs to sink money into this. Pros: Staff is amazing. Beautiful pool. The view from the lobby is spectacular. There is a free shuttle multiple times a day to take you into town. Staff is more than happy to do this. You are able to rent scooters or cars directly at hotel. The women there is so helpful and has great suggestions. The breakfast had many options. A huge buffet. I wanted to be able to recommend this hotel because if the staff but simply can not. Do not stay here until the fix their water issues. You will regret it. It is not worth the money

The beach where full of plastic som time and the atmosphere so the beach was not like the photo on the webside. The rooms were really nice and so was the staff.

The staff are excellent. The food is very good. The hotel itself is 5 Star and away from Kuta which is big plus because Kuta Is dirty and disappointing. This is a lovely setting for a hotel to escape all that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel was quite busy, they went out of their way to assist us. The room was clean, though it had a few minor imperfections. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great spacious rooms and good facilities. One thing, there is a racetrack right next to the hotel where they race multiple times a day so the noise was really bothering. In two of our rooms there was a bad smell in the shower.
