"Only gave it 4 stars because somehow I under booked a day for my anticipated trip and had to transfer to another hotel which was inconvenient. The cost of that mistake blew my whole budget for the trip…It was labor day and it was my own fault. I was bummed they didn’t keep a spare room for accommodating such case. The pool area and wash off station could use a spruce up. It has an after thought feel. Dinner experience was outstanding! Breakfast needs “lobby well coffee” for us heavy...

"Pleasant experience! We had a room with a harbor view and it was very peaceful :) The pool is directly under the balconies though so there will be noise if people are out and about - not enough to be a nuisance though. We had a couple of requests that the front desk went above and beyond to help us with, so I have no clue what some of the negative reviews were talking about? The hallway carpets are kinda...stained lol but the rooms are totally clean and have cool retro fridges and a microwave!...

"We stayed in room 560 which was a beach front balcony room. View was great! Location was fine. A lot of construction nearby. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained, the shower was not sealed so water went everywhere, the bathroom door was stuck to the wall and required a ridiculous amount of shoving to open and close it. We never received any kind of beach / pool towels like the rest of the hotel. The pool is stated to be open until 10:00 pm however, there is absolutely NO lighting around...

"This is neither an inn nor suites. It is a miserable motel with an unsettling remote only check in, a coin operated ice machine, a half used roll of toilet paper, no hand towels, no wash clothes, no soap, etc. DO NOT BOOK this BAD place!"

"We arrived, got to room after questioning why they tried to charge the room that was paid in full to Expedia. All fixtures were rusty, smelled like mildew throughout, pool was clean but very apparent that it's maintained just enough to avoid remodeling. 2 hours later I see FIVE attempted full room charges on my credit card.
