"Room had bugs. Many of the rooms were closed for “remodeling” Card was unexpectedly charged hidden fees not discussed during check in nor listed in booking information after verbally hearing “the deposit is refundable” Parking was fine, that’s one of the charges btw. Pool was regular. Gym had broken machines. “Restaurant” closed. Breakfast was no where to be found. A “coffee bar” that had picked through sugar packets and creamer. Hotel amenities you don’t utilize, for another charge… Just don’t...
