"4連泊しましたが、御所の近くのため　毎日比較的早朝に出発して御所内をゆっくり散歩してから目的地に移動する行動パターンを取ることができ非常に満足できた滞在でした。 初日の到着時にチェックインのやり方を説明したメールがExpediaから事前に届いていなかった(原因不明)問題がありましたが、たまたまいたスタッフを介して連絡を取り再度メールしてもらい解決しました。 その他ホテル側のサービスについて気になる点は全くなく、快適に過ごすことができました。"

"酒店離京都站很近，走若五分鐘就可以到達只需橫過一條馬路，酒店櫃檯旁邊可以自行CHECK IN CHECK OUT 不太想與人交流可以用那邊，房間很大感覺非常舒適完全不會有走道有點不夠行的感覺，如果我再到京都的話這間是我的首選。"

The experience of this Richmond Hotel in Kyoto is much better than the one in Narita which I stay in December of 2024."

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was located very close to a train station and within an easy walk to numerous bus stops. "
