"Very good room & facilities, good location, good overall value (hotel manager responded very professionally & promptly when we had an issue with a disturbance in the evening)."

"The hotel is old and most of the things in the room are old and damage. The property and rooms must re-work condition."

"Very clean. Staff was also very helpful. Excellent service!"

"It was best hotel i ever been in my live, big and comfortable hotel . "

"The staff is nice, but the room is very small and there is no window. The towel seemed a bit old and was never changed during my 5 nights stay. The laundry took longer than they promised to be done. However, overall the conditions are acceptable considering the price."

"Very good hotel "

"Clean hotel but poorly maintained for western standards. The breakfast was disappointing for Indonesian standards. I was a nice hotel at some point in history."
