"The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. Credit goes to all the staff...

"for a 3 night stay. AC was stuck on heat, complained twice and nothing happened. fridge was like warm, basically non-existent.
one evening as we were tired and wanted to eat. we asked a member of staff if we could order food but he deceived us saying there was no need to order and made us believe that the buffet at the hotel was complimentary, even ensured it. when they gave us the bill at the end, that same member of staff’s acting was superb, pretending as if he was shocked.

its a good Hotel located in a very good place and walking distance from most happening area.
The security is fine at least you will not find someone knocking your dood at 0400 hrs.
The main issue was wifi facilities were not available due to GHQ next door and Hotel Managment were helpless.
overhaul its a good place where you can have qulity food.
