"Beautiful grounds , lovely setting , little bit out of Douglas but everything was easily accessible , you do need a car! Staff are super and the hotel is sparkling clean . Food in the Bar/Lounge was first class ( not cheap ) service was very good . Brilliant Breakfast Buffet …nice views from the table . Would highly recommend this hotel ."

"Walls are paper thin. Heard everything going on above and to the sides from my neighbors. Shower was stuck at the hottest 35°. Too cold. Bed was uncomfortable. Restaurant and bar was good tho. Not sure i'll ever stay here again but will def visit the bar and restaurant. Cleaning staff was on point."

"There were signs of wear and tear within the building, the room with a sea view was ideally situated .there was some noise from traffic. Compared to other stays in Douglas, this hotel was very good."

The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. "I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man."
