"Great location, directly on the front. Staff were very helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast, which was great itself. Bar staff & reception staff were informative and polite. I would recommend the Hotel to others in the future."

"The pool would be lovely a few degrees warmer but a lovely stay and the staff are wonderful. All very helpful, friendly and obliging. A great stay on a wonderful island."

"The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends"

"The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed."

"Exactly as anyone would hope a hotel or guest house would be with friendly staff, clean & well furnished / equipped rooms & a great breakfast."

The staff and other locals we met were very welcoming and the food that we sampled during our stay was of a high standard. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
