"Fantastic hosts who are friendly, easy going and lovely to chat to! Spacious and spotless room. We were getting ready for a wedding and it was perfect. Breakfast had everything you need with locally sourced produce. The space in the garden is relaxing and beautifully maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Nicky and Paul. "

"Very exciting staying in a real old chateau, but with the facilities of a very thoughtful full restoration with modern comforts such as a/c, floor heating and huge and beautiful private bathrooms. "We loved this hotel. Amazing setting on the river with picturesque views in two directions from our corner room. Utterly charming in every way. The self serve Italian coffee machine in the salon is fantastic. Walk to everything in the delightful village with many riverside park areas. We took short drive to Brantome for an excellent dinner. Can’t edit to go back!"
