"This hotel was an overall great experience. I traveled with family with small children and the kids were very comfortable. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The amenities available in the hotel was top tier. I would definitely go back and recommend this property. I got all my VIP perks and the hotel restaurant was very affordable."

"Excellent with caveat: Diner service can be surprisingly slow. Order Room Service if you have an early start. Shuttle excellent! Easy to and from UIO.
Breakfast is an amazing buffet-- so many fresh, delicious, international choices. Our first night dinner (Saturday) was a diverse buffet and we loved it after a LONG day of travel. Our second night (Thursday) we ordered off the menu. We had early flights the next day but given the restaurant wasn't busy at all -- maybe 15% full. We were wrong....

"Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. Both JoAn and I enjoyed the upscale accommodations after spending 8 days on the Galapagos Islands."
