"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"The tour buses clogged yp the front entrance and then half the elevators were out of service.the lines for the kickback were long.came back a week later and the same things happened Fix the elevators. The staff had to usethe same one also. Dont think we wil come back. Buton thetripbacktne entrancewas closedso we had topark and unload far away. Not goid experiences."

"The location was great, so many places within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised free parking - which was not true. It was $38/night to valet or parking was $10/night in a ramp across the street, which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of. Also, there was an extremely large wedding that occupied not only the ballrooms, but much of the shared common space and the music was so loud, so late, that it was hard to sleep."

"They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up."

"I booked this hotel for a fun overnight getaway with my boys, mainly because of the advertised waterpark, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room itself was fine, but the waterpark closed at 5:00pm!!!!! with check-in at 4:00pm, that left very little time to actually enjoy it that evening. That information should be made much clearer when booking. They ended up leaving a tiny little pool open at the insistence of a different guest, but were rude about it. The staff...

"Reserved a one bedroom suite as part of a gift for daughter's birthday. Ended up butted up against elevator listening to it roar past 2 feet behind our heads. Oh and air conditioning didnt work in the bedroom. So those sleeping on couch froze while those in bedroom swelter"
