"After being victim to domestic violence and having to cancel my stay at the crest, my sister who spoke on behalf of me had organised a refund the same day from Expedia, while the funds were still in Expedia’s hands. "All amenities and services in the downstairs and foyer area were bright and clean. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Upstairs on level 3 things were rather disappointing. Blinds all closed, no daylight, no air and all biege. The upper levels clearly need some maintenance and an update. In our room, it was tidy and almost clean but there was dust in corners of the room and a random pen lid. The room was very plain and not worth the money for a terrible view with saggy king bed."
