"rooms were clean and tidy. Staff & customer service was excellent. The pancake waffle unit was out of service- how difficult is it to get a replacement unit on site?. My granddaughter was disappointed and we went elsewhere for breakfast. breakfast as an amenity is part of the reason we choose holiday inn express. a protocol to get units repaired or replaced "quickly" should be instituted and customers should be made aware of the issue during check in. Thanks"

"This hotel was perfect for my needs close stay to the airport and easy early rental return for my flight back home. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. Check out was even easier with Sharon she was so sweet and i just loved her i would bring her back with me lol. "I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again."

"our room was very spacious. small fridge needs a freezer as well. for ice packs for travel back home. needs a ceiling fan. but, all in all it was a very nice place to stay."

"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."
