Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. "Fine for a quick stay but is in need of a makeover. It was quiet with clean sheets and bathroom and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and efficient at the 24 hr front desk. Free breakfast is mini muffins, white bread and plain grocery store bagels, coffee and juice."

"The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard."
