"The staff was welcoming and offered good recommendations on places to eat. While the hotel was very clean, I did experience an incident at the bar. While having a drink/dinner there, a mouse ran out from the restaurant/table area towards the bar. I don't think there's much one can do to deal with mice in an urban area, and especially one that is near a convention center that looks pretty desolate and underutilized. That said, the room was really clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful...

"The Neptune Hotel was absolutely stunning! It has a modern feel and appeal. The bathroom is quite tiny, with little space to set up toiletries. However, the room itself is large, with a comfortable bed, desk, and additional seating options. I also loved the karaoke bar and restaurant attached to the hotel!"

"Very specious rooms. Handy snack / take-out corner next to the lobby. However, parking is only possible as Valet. Not self-parking."

"PROPERTY WAS OK FOR THE NIGHT AFTER FLIGHT ARRIVING AT MIDNIGHT. HOWEVER NO WHERE ON EXPEDIA DID IT SAY $100 DEPOSIT AFTER I PREPAID FOR ONE NIGHT. DESK CLERK WAS VERY RUDE AND I HAD TO SHUFFLE DEBIT CARDS AROUND TO COME UP WITH $100 SO FOR THE NEXT DAY HAD ONLY A VALUE MEAL TO EAT AS HAD TO BORROW THE MONEY ORIGINALLY FOR THE EMERGERY MEDICAL APPOINTMENT I HAD IN BOSTON THE NEXT DAY. GOT TO CHECK BANK TO SEE WHEN THE $100 WILL BE RETURNED"

"Clean and quiet were the best things. Pillows were very thick and they did not have any flat pillows. Hard on my neck. Restaurant was fair at best. Cold coffee, cold food. Valet service was expensive and slow. Nice people though and they took care of the car. Homeless services at church across the street makes area less comfortable and chaotic. Will not choose to stay their again."

"good location downtown, but our room had a view of the parking garage 15 feet away. the bathroom was outdated, with a step-in tub which was inconvenient for seniors with mobility or balance issues. Breakfast was very basic and bland, although the coffee wasn't bad."
