"There is water problem, there was no water entire night and there was no hot water. It seems like there was not enough pressure to pump up. The downstairs unit had water but no hot water there too."

"Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system."

"Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!"

The 15 minute walk from the train to the hotel was a little long for my wife and I, in our 70's, but was doable. The service was excellent -- responsive and friendly.
