"Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. One day we had a cold shower and the next day a luke warm shower. Our room was odd with a loft where most of the beds were . The loft had low ceiling and little windows with no curtains so the room had too much light coming in at night."

The staff were extremely helpful (we had an issue with a tour operator and they spent time helping to solve the issue - I'm very thankful for that, especially being in a foreign language country). "This was a really unusual and amazing place. It is a historical building, dating back to the Inca and then Spanish Colonials who built on top of it. The rooms are cozy and it feels like sleeping in a museum. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great (a bit confusing to order though - I think you put in only one order per room?).
