"We had a very good stay at GHL Hotel. The property is located outside of Puno, so it’s quite remote with no nearby restaurants or stores. The hotel’s restaurant offers a very nice dinner, which made up for the isolated location.
One of the highlights was the beautiful lakeside setting, with a lovely walking path along the water. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options.

"This hotel is located in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Our room was very clean and our meals there were very good. The service was friendly, helpful and caring. "

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."
