Cari Hotel di Puno

"Loved the hotel, the service offered and most importantly the staff."

"Beautiful location on an island in the Lake. Beautiful rooms and well maintained property. Would have loved it more if the hiking trails around the hotel were to open 24/7. The viewpoint was very lovely and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. The staffs are well trained and are helpful. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back here again."

"The owners go way beyond in helping. Very relaxing stay"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tierra Viva Puno hotel. The location was great a few blocks away from the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful..The bed mattress was very good and all the linens were clean"

"Place is in good location, that’s it."

"Good"

"The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the dinners were the best food we had in Peru."

"It was close to the Plaza! The room rate was excellent. We spent 2 nights there with no issues."

"First, communication was difficult because the front desk staff spoke very little English. Second, despite being a 3-star hotel, they do not provide free cold water. Additionally, the hot water station lacked clean cups, so we had to ask staff to replace them. Finally, there was no hairdryer in the room, meaning we had to walk down to the front desk to get one. Many basic services could easily be improved, but unfortunately, they weren't. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I do not have any comment. Everything were above the minimum standard."

"Wonderful accommodation in the beauty of Lake Titikaka."

"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"

"Very friendly, hard working and lovely family! Beautiful view of the Lake!"

"Todo muy bien por el costo"
