"The surroundings and the lake are breathtaking. Rooms are nice. Clean. The staff are generally very courteous but could benefit from some training. Breakfast buffet with made to order egg options was excellent but the lunch/dinner menu is bloated and over ambitious with many of the items not even available. My suggestion would be to keep it simple with traditional Ethiopian food choices and very few general easy to make non-Ethiopian dishes for variety. "

"The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light."
