"The hotel was clean. The staff member seemed annoyed when I first came in as we arrived early and I wanted to inquire about an early check in. They were in the back office and didn’t get up from their chair and gave off the impression of annoyance. The elevator system is not ideal, and during any busy time you have to wait quite a while for your keypad-designated elevator to arrive. It was expensive for what it was. Otherwise clean room, bed was comfortable."

"Free Continental, $8 more and you had bacon,sausage, eggs and homefries. Rooms were clean. Can't beat it. Tons of stores and food in the area, within walking distance. Great spot."

"Had an excellent stay at Novotel. The free breakfast was to die for! Everything you’d ever want for breakfast. What a spread. The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were fantastic. Very close to the outlet mall and bass pro. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Check in was terrible. They somehow oversold the room category we booked and pre-paid for. A standard room with two queen beds. The staff member at the desk didn’t seem knowledgeable on how to deal with the situation and we were left standing at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before being advised of the issue, and then another 15 - 20 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do. In the end, the solution offered was two separate rooms each with a single queen bed. The rooms were...
