"Check in was terrible. They somehow oversold the room category we booked and pre-paid for. A standard room with two queen beds. The staff member at the desk didn’t seem knowledgeable on how to deal with the situation and we were left standing at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before being advised of the issue, and then another 15 - 20 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do.
