"Generally 7-Star!
What I did not like was the constant music blaring through the lawn speakers from noon to 5pm. If people like that music, keep it to places where you can expect it, not everywhere on the property. You cannot nap in the afternoon because low-frequency bass and drumbeats hit your eardrums. We city folks like the sound of the waves and gentle breeze instead."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel El Conde de Peñalba! The location in the heart of the Zona Colonial was perfect, and we felt safe walking around and exploring. The staff provided excellent service, and both check-in and check-out were super fast and easy.
Our room was kept clean throughout our five-day stay. We were in town for a wedding and often left personal belongings out while getting ready and heading to events. Nothing ever went missing, which gave us extra peace of mind.
