"My flight was arrived at the early morning so I could ask hotel staff to keep my luggage while waiting the check-in time. In addition, they make hurried cleaning room and I could get checking a little bit prior to the time. I really appreciate it because I fully recovered by its hospitality."

"Showed up early. At 1 PM. But the room was not ready even at 2 PM when I’m supposed to be able to check in. Did not get to the room until 2:30 PM. They did upgrade the room, but then I had to endure construction and renovating. I’m not holding this against them. I think they did try to do their best despite."

The latter was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a separate dining area & kitchen. The Deluxe room was nice, but the Executive Suite was great & spacious. "The pros of this hotel include the proximity (walking distance) to SM Megamall, as well as other stores & restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. Our room was in good shape with nice tiles on the floors and bathroom. There was plenty of hot water & the airconditioning worked great. "The location is very close to Robinson’s Galleria. It is close to Starbucks and the BDO. Across is the Cityland Plaza with Laundry services plus many different offices. Also close to the SM Megamall. It is my home away from home."
