"We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness.
The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best.
Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well...

"One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing!
The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel"

"Basic hotel with clean facilities. Exceptional kitchen staff Tishoy and Chante' were excellent, very receptive, service with a smile.
Stayed two nights needed to be in Icho for a budget price and this was just perfect 👌
