"Nice location and parking. Breakfast okay. Staff questionable as my credit card was compromised during my stay. The only person with access to my card was the front desk staff and my card was not used anywhere else. Also the bathroom in our room could have been cleaned better. "

"This hotel is a great jumping off point to Pinnacles NP. The room was well appointed and very clean, and the breakfast buffet had ample choices. I’m not sure why the $5 parking fee isn’t just part of the cost since there aren’t any other parking options. "

"The room was dark and dreary facing a concrete wall, somewhat depressing considering it's such a nice hotel with charming decor. I wish I'd been asked if I preferred a lighter, brighter room or one with a balcony. Giant bathtub with two showers going at once. Breakfast was decent. Very close to the mission."

"I got what I paid for. It was noisy both from street noise and from others coming and going all night. I couldn’t get the tv to work and was told 15 minutes later someone would stop by and it was over an hour and then I got treated like I was dumb even though their own employee couldn’t help me initially. Also any hotel with no deadbolt is a no for me."

"Room was good. Handicapped shower was okay. But the way the hand held shower head is placed got the shower mat all wet making it hard to get handicapped person back out of shower. Would have liked to see other fruits rather than just oranges. The orange tasted sour. Parking was great."

"The property is undergoing remodeling. However, the bedsheets were dirty (stain) the bathroom was dirty not properly clean. The towels were also dirty. Other guests were smoking on the non-smoking area. The room was big and there was plenty of open space to place our luggage. "

"We really didn’t see much staff. No one was at the check in, not even a bell to ring for a person. The gal we did find that does check in was very helpful, so her personality was a plus. Air conditioner made a great deal of noise. Pillows & towels were very thin. Rooms are large, but only 1 chair by a circular table to watch TV. Granted if your golfing, it’s a different story."

"It gave off a Bates Motel vibe. We actually checked in and didn’t stay because we felt extremely uncomfortable."
