Lots of restaurants they partner with and the location is excellent. Easy walk from the BART and very close to the action. Would definitely stay here again as a home base for exploring the city!"

"Overall the hotel was great. The staff are amazing and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet and has a variety of options. Pool is nice as well but too cold during this time. The rooms were clean tidy and decently spacious. Only issue is the wifi isn’t the greatest and at times slow."

"This hotel was not good. Tiny, dusty room. It was not completely finished which caused it to be dusty. This dust was not well cleaned either. Pictures included. The room was quite small with the toilet being out in the open. Shower was small but decent with a rainfall shower. The lights were very finicky and not always working. There was only ever 1 person working and the service was not great. I asked for extra towels and they must have forgotten because I never got them. The phone in...

"The location is convenient however, there’s no parking so expect to pay $40 a night at a near parking garage. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. convenient laundry room with machines that take card. My room had a funky smell I disliked. The beds, and comforters were very comfortable compared to the cheap beds at other hotels. including the furniture, the rooms are small but I liked the real furniture and comfy pillows."

"In an attempt to make the hotel more popular, it seems the owners re-designed the exterior, the attached shops (Zephyr Walk) and the lobby to make it cool and modern, without maintaining the rooms at all. There is a surprise resort fee, which apparently can range from $30 a night to $45 a night - to cover “amenities”. I’ve stayed at, at least a half dozen other hotels that don’t charge $35 a night per room to light a couple fire pits. Just work it into the room price and stop surprising people....
