A really lovely hotel, perhaps the best in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable bed, amazing attention to details in the room and in the reception area. The only bad things were... there were ants. Basically don't leave any food out- they seemed to come from nowhere. Luckily they dispersed a while after the food was removed. The other thing was the WiFi is pretty week downstairs. Which is a shame because it's such a nice space to be in to work rather than alone in your room.

The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was a hot & cold buffet to meet most people’s requirements. It is located a short walk from the main square.

Top class and 5 Stars. Attentive , caring staff and wonderful food ! A great location, only 10 minutes from 24 Septiembre plaza. Thoroughly recommend.
