"When I made my reservation I only did it for myself. I forgot to add my 2 children and wife. When I got to the hotel I had to pay $30 extra per persons and per day. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just booked a resort near by since I ended up paying the same price for 2 days. The beds were so uncomfortable. Feels like you’re sleeping in the floor. We asked to switch rooms. Turns out all their queen beds they got are the same . The bathroom curtain also wasn’t put right and fell...

"Our stay was wonderful! The pool inside was ok but the pool outside was super refreshing! (So glad we brought beach towels because you have to get pool towels from front desk)They even have an area where you can grill out. Staff at check-in super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. Hot foods, cereal, fruit, Belgium waffles with toppings and milk n juice. Also very close to down town Dells and a pretty cool place called Pals. Would definitely stay here again."

"Although the entire property is listed as 100% smoke free, our room smelled like smoke. When I said something to the front desk, they did absolutely nothing. Pool was nice for the kids, beds were comfortable, place was quiet, location was close enough for all the tourist stuff. Breakfast was just ok, it was the same "hot" stuff every day."
