"I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay. Despite the hotel being busy, the level of service and facility maintenance fell well short of expectations.
Key issues included:
Breakfast & Coffee: Buffet refills were extremely slow, juices were watered down, and the breakfast coffee was poor. The on-site Starbucks running out of basic items like oat milk forced us to go elsewhere for coffee.

"Staff were amazing could not be more friendly or helpful.
Food was also amazing especially the East resteraunt.
Rooms are comfortable and have everything you could need.

"We were given a room in the lower part which was pretty dark with two little windows, it was a bit gloomy. The bath saved the room, it’s the biggest bath we’ve ever used, was lovely at the end of the day. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, food was very good and as were the staff. Pool was nice but certainly not a pool designed for doing actual swimming, you had to dodge round people to get across to swim on “length”
. Never got to try the hot tub due to the same people hogging...

"From checking in to checking out everything went smooth. Loved the free water station to fill the included carafe. Allister at the service desk gave me wonderful recommendations. Location is perfect to explore the sights of the old town. Walkable to the new town as well. Directly next door is a cafe for coffee and breakfast. No AC but two fans provided and windows open kept the room cool. Definitely would stay here again."

"Great location. Great AC. Great spacious family rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Parking was easy and convenient. Only negative was that pool was very busy but was thankful that there was a pool."
