"I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. "

"The staff were polite and made everything for a pleasant stay with great flexibility when possible. Tje room was large and spacious with amazing bedding, clean amd fresh. Always plenty of hot water in the shower and the bathroom amenities of relatively good quality "

"Room was really spacious, location isn’t too central but in walking distance and there is a metro station nearby. At the late hours, it can be a bit scary to walk to the hotel but it was a very pleasant stay all in all."

"Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!"

"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so...
