"This hotel was clean and near the airport. I do recommend ordering your airport shuttle ahead of time using the hotel’s website. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good with variety of choices and a buffet style. The view of the room showed the mountains and my kids loved watching the beautiful sunset. The room was clean and orderly. The location is safe, but industrial so not much to see around."

"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"Die Lage ist abseits vom Stadtzentrum, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel aber erreichbar. Das Zimmer wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, das Bett überhaupt nicht gemacht! Eine tägliche Leerung des Muelleimers, das war es dann. Die Klimaanlage scheint total veraltet zu sein. Lichtblick ist das Frühstück und das Restaurant. Der Spa ist robuste Hygiene, nichts für empfindliche Leute. Mehr Show als Wirklichkeit, u.a.fehlen im Becken bereits Kacheln und der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht. Stört das...

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"Great location. Very clean if dated room. My only criticism is a large part of the huge window in my room did not have a solid/blackout curtain. It meant the whole room was extremely bright by 6am (summer). Lovely if you wanted to get up early but impossible to lie in otherwise."
