I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm"

"Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets)."
