"The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, but under renovation. Pool was open but not the Hot Tub which is one of the reasons we chose this location. We had an issue with low water pressure and no hot water. Our room had no WiFi access for some reason. The phone did not work which was probably related to lack of WiFi in the room. Because they were completely booked, they could not move us to another room, so we transferred to another hotel.
