"Pretty disappointed by this stay. Room did not feel very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the bed was made with a sheet that seemed too small, leaving part of the mattress exposed. We were given little vouchers for the coffee pods (which gave the two of us 4 total pods for our 3 night stay), which just made the entire experience feel like they provided the bare minimum for what was a pretty expensive price. Why even have a nice coffee machine if they don’t want to provide enough coffee? I...

"We were disappointed to be allocated a room with an adjoining door which we did not request. A guest with a noisy dog was in the next room which was through the adjoining door which was annoying. The shower flooded in the morning due to water not running away sufficiently which was reported to reception and I was told maintenance would have a look at it, the next morning the same happened which was very annoying. "The room was clean & staff nice. For price, breakfast should be included & not an added cost. The validated parking is a good perk. The rooms are small & room amenities sparse."

"The room was fabulous with a big comfortable bed. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. We were travelling with our dog so couldn’t eat breakfast in the main restaurant but we ate in the tavern instead which was lovely and quiet. We could pick from their menu or order anything from the main restaurant including the buffet too. In the evenings we ate in La Vista and again took our dog, the first was great and again we were well looked after. My only negative would be the cost of...
