This establishment is simply a hotel masquerading as "LePrince Hotel & Spa" It's a lie and the manager brought up "we offer parking, breakfast, and conference rooms" when I said it was deceitful marketing. What do any of those things have to do with the lack of a spa? Book somewhere else, this place is a joke."

Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance "
