The booking page clearly showed images of the usual room I have which comes with a nice bathroom and a kitchenette.
On this occasion my incoming flight was delayed by 2 hours so I arrived at the hotel 1am. When I finally found the room (note the numbering order in this section of the hotel is confusing 50% of rooms in one sequential order and another section in reverse).
Upon arrival I found the room was a basic...

"During my stay I started receiving WhatsApp messages saying they were from Unity and asking me to update my credit card information. I inquired with the font desk who responded that the booking site was hacked and to not respond to those messages. "Very clean and orderly. Everything I needed was there: a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, cookware, micro, stove, fridge, even dishwasher; towels, beds already made. Available Laundry room, free to use! Friendly, helpful staff. Private parking lot: just download app, book length of stay, can come and go with no hassle! Great location: Ten-minute drive to Westfield Täby Centrum shopping mall, and the Melanders Fish Restaurant; seven-minute drive to Restaurang Pont Hägernäs Strand, fabulous....

"What is superb location with parking just to the side of the of the building. Super close and easily walking distance to plenty of shopping, dining, grocery store and pastry store options. Check-in was very smooth and quick. The Room was very well maintained with very tall ceilings, lots of windows and a large bathroom.
Very cool history of the hotel was that it used to be a chocolate factory. Right in the middle of residential properties and some businesses in just a short walk to...
