"There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. "It’s an excellent hotel in a great location. My only feedback would be that the internet is awful and modern hotels should really have reliable internet at an acceptable speed."

"It has a great location to visit the 101 tower within a 3 minute walking distance. Also, their buffet breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Please don’t miss the papaya fruit!"

"Got to this hotel after a long two days of flight cancelations due to a typhoon here in Taipei. They greeted me warmly, and most of the staff spoke English well. Today I extended my stay with no hassle, as again flights were canceled. The hotel restaurant was good, and there are convenience stores nearby and a couple of good restaurants. I appreciated their...
