"Over the Easter weekend, it was completely chaotic and a bit too busy, especially at breakfast. But that's not the hotels fault. I have a nut allergy and it was far too busy to mention that so I stuck to toast, rather than giving them another job. As they were all very busy and everything was running out. "Had a lovely day out at the nearby zoo and this hotel was very convenient to be able to stay close by and enjoy a mini break. The staff and service was brilliant and really friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay but it didn't affect our overall experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend "
