"The resort outdoor area need better lighting at night, it is dangerous for the pedestrian walking to the restaurants.
We are English speaking and found it difficult to communicate especially in the restaurants but we managed.
Staff were very pleasant.
The room was very well appointed including the amenities.
Restaurant food prices were incredibly expensive for the quality of food.
The spa experience was excellent."

"Just returned home from a lovely 7 day
stay at Concorde De Luxe. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The grounds at this hotel are immaculate. Everywhere was clean and well kept. Staff out early mornings cleaning all the walkways. Inside the hotel the same. The food was plentiful and delicious. Now probably the main reason for coming ... the beach and let me tell you the stretch of Lara beach for Concorde De Luxe is absolutely perfect. Beautifully...
