"Hotel rooms are always clean. Beds comfy. Staff I always nice. They appear to be updating a lot as well. Only wish there was a breakfast there! "

"Sleep was fine. Fairly run down in some areas. Breakfast was processed and nothing I would want to eat. No complaining as it is what I expected going into it. I was not disappointed. The front desk person could certainly be more engaging. Sign of the times. "

"The hotel itself is nice and the front desk employee was courteous. I’m sure if we hadn’t found 3 different large blood stains down the side of the bed and the carpet wasn’t damp we might have better things to say. We’d go again but we’ll inspect the room first before going to sleep."

"I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and very helpful! Shout out to the front desk, the shuttle guy and last but not least to the gentleman at the breakfast area. The...

"The heat system was already off for the year. Room was 61 degrees and it took a few hours for a portable heater to arrive. Room was pretty worn out."

"Did not get the room I booked they said they overbooked so we got queen instead of king . Also need a walk in shower and it was a tub. Half of the breakfast was not working! The juice machine and the pancake one was not working"

I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS...
