"Rooms were clean and well kept. Property was maintained well. Nothing fancy but a comfortable place to say for a few nights."

"The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar."

"Stayed here several times. Always a good experience. Very friendly staff and great bar/restaurant with great food for reasonable price. Only complaint this visit was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor near the toilet. The sink also had a slow drain. Overall a nice convenient place to stay for a great price. Morning breakfast would be nice. It is pretty quiet considering the airport is right next to the hotel."

"This hotel was awesome. Comfortable bed, big walk in shower with great water flow. The TV programming was excellent with dozens of channels, including sports packages, multiple HBO and Cinemax channels to choose from. Would highly recommend and would definitely book here in the future"

"Breakfast was ok, regular american breakfast. I liked the location close to airport and shuttle service, I just stayed one night because my flight arrived late night. The hotel needs update and cleanliness."

"The hotel was just average. My room didn’t have a working smoke alarm although they were supposed to fix it the day we were out all day. They didn’t. The room shouldn’t have been used I think. The worst part was it’s right next door to the Hospitality Inn on Transit Rd in Williamsville and that place must rent out to families or by the month, because the kids running around were really noisy and the windows did not keep out sound very well. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad too....

"Hotel stays in Buffalo were surprisingly expensive for the weekend we traveled recently, so we went with the Wyndham because it was the most affordable option with fairly decent reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. We loved Charlie at the bar! The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for my husband and me as well as our two-year-old. "Breakfast can be better, with more options and different things. Not the same things everyday"

"I got to the hotel and they weren't sure if they had any rooms available, who was in what room, whether they had been cleaned. They sent someone to go look at the rooms and they had them on the phone like "that's the piss room, that's the other piss room" and then a lady came up to the lobby and said that it was the third time that day someone had walked into her room, like they'd given the wrong key out three times to an occupied room. It was honestly comedically awful."

"Location may be good for convention, but not much street life for expensive downtown hotel. Minimal soaps and shampoo, had to go to front desk for ice."

"Convenient location right off the highway and near restaurant options Friendly staff and comfortable beds Breakfast however was a letdown, as available hot options not to my liking...egg white omelet, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy. French toast sticks were tasteless and rubbery and the Make your own pancake was available but didn't try it or see anyone attempt it. Hot cinnamon roll was okay."

"Stayed in a suite room for 6 persons. The room was pretty, spacious and comfortable. The only problem was related with the sofabed that underneath we found garbage, but was mentioned to the personnel and was resolved."

"My room was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. Check-in was easy, the staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful. The hotel itself is safe and quiet with convenient access to local shops within easy walking distance. Great value for a very reasonable price."

"Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family."
