"I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. "I liked the handicapped option. It made it easier to move around and feel safe. It was very clean, I did a blacklight test and it passed with the exception of a chair. But everything else was immaculate! "

"Easy access from the Freeway"

"This was our third stay and, unfortunately, the bathrooms are worse each time. The towels are too thread bare which means they don't absorb moisture or dry well. Also, the shower curtain and carpet smelled very bad this time. We enjoy the size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds/pillows and the variety of breakfast foods. I used to rave about Best Western but I'm torn between the good and bad now."

"We had a late check in and forgot to call about it. Our GPS steered us wrong ( I think it was an old property) but the sign on the door led us in the right direction. No one was at the office when we arrived but she came out as soon as I started to call the number on the door and she was so kind and apologetic. The room was spectacular; clean and roomy. Best motel for the price. To be fair on the area around, we didn't see much cause it was late and we left early. "

"The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card. "
