Cari Hotel di Town of Parma

"Adorable, cozy and immaculate. Staff were very polite and helpful. A real gem."

"I realistically only booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was down for maintenance. They do not have do not disturb signs on their doors so it was a little frustrating when staff knocked on the door multiple times after I said no thank you and then they came back and knocked more. I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep! The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. However, I do not recommend spending $68 for the ribeye. It had no seasoning."

"Most of the things in the bathroom shower were broken and unattached. The artwork fell off the wall and they never came to clean the room. I needed to request sheets and change myself."

"Our hotel room was so gross. There were stains on the curtains the bedding and the bathroom was falling apart. I never stay here except all the other hotels were booked. I do not recommend this place. The staff seem to be working but the whole place needs an overhaul."

"Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. Heating the room and water more thoroughly would have made it more enjoyable. If looking for a solid night's rest I would advise requesting a room away from the elevators that make a loud...

"The manager, Thomas, was nice enough to hold my room after Lufthansa cancelled my first (of 3) flight, He alerted the staff to my late check in. The spacious room was clean and comfortable. The young man at breakfast was cheerful and helpful; great to find eggs, sausage and the fixings for a breakfast burrito, plus packets of uaker Oatmeal."

"I arrived a couple of hours upon check in time. Asked if I could get an early check in. They said there was a $25 fee. Whenever I stay at Hampton Inn they waive that fee. I was then told unless I was a Hilton member there was nothing they could do. And since I booked through a third party(expedia) they mad me feel like a second class citizen. The shower was like warm at best, the toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush, just to get toilet paper down. The parking lot is filled...

"The hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location was great, but our room did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, which is a disappointment considering the price. Also, the pet walk area is very small."

"Nice"

"I understand that ‘things happen’ but they had construction crews working on a Sunday and Monday all day. In addition, they were short on help and only had one maid for the whole floor. She never had time or an opportunity to clean any rooms that were being used a second day. There were three grocery bags of garbage I left behind , that I bought myself. Molly, the desk clerk, was phenomenal! She deserves a raise immediately. However, I would never ever recommend this place for your stay."

"Staff friendly helpful Breakfast plenty Guest rooms renovated Would return if ever in area again"

"Housekeeping Never made bed or changed sheets or cleaned commode in 7 night stay"

"Do not do it"
