Both rooms phone were not plugged in causing it to be a safe hazardous for me and my son. And the elevator was not working. "Check in : I waited at the counter while staff were outside smoking. I must have waited at least ten minutes to check in. Facility was clean for the most part. Quiet"

"The staff were very nice and kind. But the hall and corridor smelled like marijuana. My room floor was dirty, they don’t even vacuum the place. I found a fake lash beside my bad, and the floor was sticky. The kitchen was ok, but the refrigerator was really old. The bathroom floor was also dirty. I know it was the best price in town, but I wouldn’t come back."

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."
