"I will never stay anywhere else when working in Rochester. Dog friendly, lot of us construction workers and all friendly, neat, and quiet. Breakfast usually out early which is absolutely amazing when you need to be on a site before 7am. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms perfect for business traveler or couples. Easy access, Planet Fitness walking across lawn, washer avail at hotel. Overall a 10 out of 10 for this type of travel!"

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "The room was great - spacious and clean! There were always parking spots available. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. They also have a free 24/7 coffee station (sadly 2 of the coffee pots and the hot chocolate was missing upon check-out. Not sure if this is planned or was just a coincidence).
