"Checking in and out was a breeze, could do a lot of it in advance. staff checking in was friendly, polite and helpful. Checking out not so much. Room was fresh, clean and for the most part very comfortable. Beds could be a bit softer a bit too hard for me. Would stay again "

"Room was clean, we did not request service while there, simply asked for what we needed, however; water is included in service. When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways. "The rooms were filthy. D.s.s. has people living there. There are shady people wandering the halls. I was on the first floor, and it sounded like a daycare center/ play ground at 10:30 - 11pm. Front desk could care less. I definitely would not want to stay there if i was a single female. "

"We joyed our stay at the Haslett Inn! Paul was great host! It was very nice, clean, and quite. Very beautiful house. We had a wonderful breakfast made by Paul. We hope to come back again some day! If you have never stayed here before you should! Thanks Paul forever thing! "

"Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay."
