Cari Hotel di Town of Yates

"The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great."

"Didn't like anything. Closed: Elevators, arcade, pool, hot tub, water park. Bed looked like some one just jumped outta it. Garbage in bathroom was half full, broken AC, broken shower handle"

"Was an ok stay. Stairways were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Very noisy area"

"Was better than last place we stayed when in town."

"I love staying here any time we are in the area. Comfortable beds. Great pool area. Clean. Convenient."

"Great"

"We arrived for 1night to attend a wedding. On the web for this hotel it states if you need any special requests please contact our hotel at 585-395-1000. I wanted to request an early check-in so that we could change into our wedding clothes. I tried that phone number all day long and there was never an answer. I also texted a request and never received a reply. So something needs to be addressed to this situation."

"Not much to brag about. Just a place to rest on our long journey."

"We did not stay over. We drove in and took one look around and left. Unfortunately, this is a very scary place not meant for a family. I knew it was an inexpensive motel when we reserved (absolutely nothing else in the area was available) however, what we saw was shocking. The man working the desk was nice enough to process a refund as we weren't there 5 minutes. Didn't make it to the rooms. Drove another 45 minutes out of town to get to another hotel."

"Quiet and comfortable"

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."

"This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful."
