"POOL IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY, but still advertising. This place should be condemned. It was deplorable. It stunk, there was garbage outside of people's rooms for who knows how long and w/in eye's view in main areas. The lobby was a ghost town and poorly lit. We checked out less than an hour after checking in even though I could not get a refund and stayed at the Best Western."

"We arrived around 8:30, traveling back to WV. The lady at the front desk was very wonderful, the pool was warm. Comfortable beds, air conditioning was great."

"Be prepared to do a lot of walking. The parking lot is across the street if you are lucky enough to get a spot there. They have valet parking on the other end of the building, but that makes your walk twice as long. The hotel registration desk is on the second floor so if you have baggage, you have to take this very compact elevator to get there. "Continental breakfast was great! Had a comfortable stay."

"Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there."

"This is a classic case of you get what you pay for! It’s a roof over your head along with air conditioning that rocked!!! Nothing else was even sub-par. Nicole and Loretta from housekeeping were amazing! Very run down building. After extending my stay several times, they chose to tell me 2:00 that they needed me out by 3:00 the same day. Apparently they were booked solid for the weekend, but very unprofessional to do it how they did."

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."
