"Wonderful staff. Gorgeous rooms. Corridors and elevators in older part of hotel could be renovated and refreshed. Pool is not open very late. Would be lovely to be able to swim after dinner. "

"No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders. "

"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. After being out all day you just want to enjoy some hot water after coming back during the night. The shower also clogged up we mentioned this a...

"Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy."
