Cari Hotel di Samoa

"Saletoga is beautiful and has great pools. However, I must say the service is less than ideal. There are many staff members but their system of service is lacking both in delivery and also, politeness. Based on my interactions it seems few staff want to work and are inconvenienced by your requests (simply asking for a coffee or meal). Further, the rooms have very slippery tiles that are seriously dangerous for children and aged persons. They are not anti-slip and just a little bit of water makes...

"Rooms clean every day. Staff where pleasant and helpful. Very good selection from full english to fruit ,teas ,coffee and fruit juices and others.pool and grounds clean and tidy. Would well recommend staying. Many Thanks for a great stay."

"Beautiful, pristine beach, with lovely accommodation, pools, gym and friendly staff."

"Beautiful rooms over the water, a beautiful and unique location."

"If you are un Savai'i, this is your best option. With the exception of a very unhelpful front desk staff member (lady with a gold tooth), the service, amenities and rooms were lovely. The food here was the best we had in Savai'i and top 3 in Samoa."

"Perfect stay! The loveliest and most helpful staff from front desk to cleaners and gardenera. Such beautiful grounds with well kept gardens and lovely restaurant! So much room in the executive suite with lovely kitchenette with all you need and a gorgeou beautiful rock wall outdoor bathroom to shower under the stars! Also option of fan and AC and perfect location close drive to town, shops and hospital. Will 100% be returning. Faafetai lava Le Manumea."

"friendly staff nice breakfast beautiful views. a bit remote but great if you just want to relax"

"Great facilities, tidy, quiet and tranquil. A great get away from the hustle and bustle!"

"Everthing was great.. I love to stay at LAVA."

"Stayed with my husband and 9 month old baby. It’s family-friendly, budget-friendly and the customer service is excellent. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and well portioned. The shared kitchen facilities upstairs and downstairs was much appreciated as I love to cook. Also being near the hospital was good as the calibre of other guests were in the healthcare profession and that too, adds to the family-friendliness and safety for occupants. Owners Soteria and Winston were helpful with all guests....

"Awesome time when staying. The staff were the friendliest we had met in Samoa. The food was amazing. Very accommodating to dietary requirements. Different cocktail every night. Their theme night was amazing. Best I have seen. The hosts are very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here."
