"When we arrived they where not expecting us, so we ended up going to an other hotel Samoa Tradition Resort. "

We had housekeeping for 3 days but not the next 3 days lol The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes didn't understand what we were asking. "Great resort, very kid friendly. Staff were truly amazing. Only thing to note is the internet/local TV are pretty much non existent in the rooms. So a tip is pack some cards games etc. Location is great too."

"Great resort option! We chose this place because it advertised nice pools and great beach front/reef to snorkel at. We got more than we bargainined for- starting with the lovely staff, very helpful and friendly- we didnt know at the tim eof booking but RTP is samoan owned and run. "The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me.
