"Great resort, very kid friendly. Staff were truly amazing. Only thing to note is the internet/local TV are pretty much non existent in the rooms. So a tip is pack some cards games etc. Location is great too."

"This accom is simple and exactly what you need to enjoy the natural beuaty around you. Staying in a traditional fale by the beach was wonderful. The ammenities are well stoked and easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast was bountiful and a lovely way to start the day. The owner is friendly and can recommend fun things to do nearby. The fale are mae out of natural materials and well maintained. bedding and mosquito net was very comfortable we didnt get bit at all! I def recommend this...

"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!"

"We spent ten days at the resort and despite of a couple days of wet weather we had a wonderful time. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The tropical breakfast was very good . The Spa at the resort was excellent, especially massage and face treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday."

"The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. We waited in the lobby area...

Didn't read details properly and was surprised the bed is only double size. Expensive to only have double size bed. Could've booked elsewhere for same price and more comfortable, larger bed and room. Mattress springy/squeaky, not supportive. Water pressure is excellent. But on rainy day there was no hot...
