"The hotel is a wonderful and unique experience. The staff service was amazing. Two things that could be improved. It would be great if the recharging technology for phones and other electronics was up to par. Ideally there should be USB outlets scattered throughout the rooms. And finally, I asked the front desk to order a taxi and then I realize the shuttle driver was leaving in three minutes and so when I went to cancel the Taxi, I was charged €20 because he was already on the way. "We had room 16 at the very top floor with beautiful views of the valley. The room has a separate sitting area with a pullout bed perfect for families. Also very conveniently located in the heart of Radda. Breakfast was lovely and the staff is so nice, even remembered our coffee preferences each morning. Only word of caution is there are no elevators to the rooms so if you have mobility concerns, this might not work. We did get our exercise to counteract all the lovely food!"
